By accessing, browsing, registering, booking doctor appointments, diagnostic tests, health packages, or making payments through the online platform of Spandan Advance and Diagnostic ("Spandan"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Covered
The online platform enables users to book doctor consultations, diagnostic tests, health packages, home sample collection services (where available), make payments online, receive booking confirmations, and access related healthcare services.

3. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, verify booking details before payment, maintain confidentiality of account credentials, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. Spandan shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect information submitted by users.

4. Doctor Appointment Booking
Appointments are subject to doctor availability. Spandan reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, doctor unavailability, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond its control.

5. Diagnostic Test Booking
Diagnostic test bookings are subject to slot availability. Users are responsible for complying with any fasting requirements, prescriptions, or preparation instructions communicated by Spandan.

6. Home Collection Services
Home sample collection services are available only in designated service areas and may attract additional charges.

7. Payment Terms
Payments may be made through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets, and other payment methods made available through authorized payment gateway providers. Users are advised to verify any bank or payment service provider charges before initiating a transaction.

8. Authorization of Payment
By initiating a payment transaction, users confirm that they are lawfully authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds or credit limits are available.

9. Pricing and Charges
Prices displayed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and statutory levies shall be charged as per prevailing laws.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests for doctor appointments or diagnostic tests may be considered subject to Spandan's internal cancellation policy. No refund may be provided once services have been rendered, samples collected, or consultations completed. Duplicate or excess payments verified by Spandan shall be refunded through the original payment method. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days.

11. Failed Transactions
In the event of payment failure, timeout, network interruption, or gateway issues, users should verify whether their account has been debited before attempting another payment. Spandan shall not be liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party service providers.

12. Privacy Policy
Information provided by users shall be treated as confidential and used only for healthcare delivery, billing, customer support, legal compliance, and related operational purposes. Information may be shared with payment processors, laboratories, doctors, bankers, or government authorities where legally required.

13. Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure encrypted payment gateways. However, Spandan shall not be responsible for unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, malware attacks, or security breaches occurring outside its reasonable control.

14. Intellectual Property

15. Disclaimer
The online platform and services are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. Spandan makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, availability, accuracy, or compatibility with all devices and browsers.

16. Limitation of Liability
Spandan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the platform, payment gateway interruptions, technical failures, data transmission issues, or unauthorized access by third parties.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

18. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue of arbitration shall be Kolkata, West Bengal.

19. Modification of Terms
