1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds in relation to services offered by Spandan Advance Medicare (P) Ltd. & Spandan Diagnostic Centre (P) Ltd. (“Spandan”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By availing any services through Our platform, including but not limited to doctor appointment bookings and diagnostic test scheduling, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the provisions of this Policy.

2. Doctor Appointment Booking

Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Cancellation requests shall be evaluated based on the time remaining prior to the scheduled appointment:

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of appointments shall be permitted only if requested at least 6 (six) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Requests beyond this period shall not be entertained.

3. Diagnostic Test Booking

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of diagnostic services shall be permitted only if requested at least 3 (three) hours prior to the scheduled test time.

Once sample collection has been initiated or the diagnostic process has commenced, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances.

4. Refund Processing

All eligible refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment within a standard processing timeline of 5–7 business days.

Spandan reserves the right to deduct applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative fees, where applicable.

5. Payment Gateway

All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including but not limited to Razorpay.

Spandan does not store sensitive financial credentials such as card numbers, CVV, or banking details.

Notwithstanding the above provisions, refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

Spandan shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of cancellations, delays, or inability to provide services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts at the location of the registered office of Spandan or the place where the services were rendered, as may be applicable under law.

9. Final Decision Authority

All interpretations, decisions, and determinations under this Policy shall rest solely with Spandan, whose decision shall be final and binding.
